How long will it take for me to get my cds?
From the day we get your master it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery of your completed cds for a PRESSED order and 1-2 weeks for a short run.

Are these cdr or pressed cds?
All orders of 500 units or more are pressed, glass mastered cds. Not cdr. Orders under 500 units is CD-R or DVD-R.

What is printed on the cd surface?
We silk screen all orders of 500 units or more with a full color image at no extra cost. Orders under 500 units come with black thermal print.

What is your minimum order?
The smallest quantity we will manufacture is 100 units

GRAPHIC DESIGN QUESTIONS

6 page template questions?
? My friend is planning on the 6 page design, so I downloaded the template. But it shows up as just one long rectangle, not as separate pages so I'm afraid of running over into the others. Is there an Idiot's Guide to this thing?!!!
...In photoshop we use guides and the guides may not be on in your photoshop settings or something just got screwed up. At any rate, the long rectangle is 360 mm long by 120 mm tall. So each square is 120 mm by 120 mm. So on the front, when unfolded you have three 120 mm squares, from left to right, page 5,6,1...inside is the same but from left to right you have pages 2,3,4.
What resolution should my files be at?
? I am working in PhotoShop. What should my resolution be set at?
Now make sure that the resolution, DPI, is set at 300 dpi. If the pictures are real small when you drag them in that may mean the pictures are low resolution and you may need to fix or retake those pictures/images.

Traycard template questions?
? What is a traycard and what size is it?
As for the traycard, the very back of the case...the whole file is 150 mm wide by 118 mm tall. There is a spine on each side that is 6mm wide.

Cut lines and Bleed?
? What is bleed and where will my booklet and traycard cut at?
The lines on the templates are the cuts lines. Keep your text and other items you do not want to risk cutting off at least 1/8" inside these lines, up to 1/4" if you are unsure. Also, if you have a background image or color, make sure that runs 1/8" to 1/4" past the cust/crop lines to ensure full bleed.
